hereby given that the City of Hogansville will let a contract to the lowest
bidder deemed responsible and qualified, by sealed bids and qualifications
briefs submitted to City Hall no later than 3:00 p.m., Local Time, April 7, 2023 for
the renovation of The Royal Theater.
A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at the building on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 10:30
a.m. This project (EDA Investment No. 04‐79-07695) will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Manuals will be posted on the City of Hogansville website and Georgia Procurement
Registry. A hard copy will be available at City Hall, which is located at 111 High St,
Hogansville GA 30230. No documents will be mailed.
All bids shall be accompanied by Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman’s Compensation Insurance with the City of Hogansville listed as an additional insured. In addition, Builder’s Risk insurance will be required in the amount of the $1 million. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid Amount. The City of Hogansville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Hogansville.
